We offer a variety of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes at Rock Canyon, designed for comfortable living in San Antonio.

Apartment homes at this San Antonio apartment community do not include private yards.

You can explore our apartments through a virtual tour on our website or schedule an in-person visit; walk-ins are also welcome.

Applications are completed online for your convenience, with in-office support available if needed.

A valid photo ID and two months of income verification are required during the application process.

To qualify for our San Antonio apartments, household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly base rent.

Subleasing is not permitted at this apartment community.

Renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage is required for all residents.

Lease renewals can be completed online through the resident portal or in the leasing office.

Application fees are $50 per adult, with a $150 administrative fee per household.

Spectrum is the preferred internet provider for the community.

Rent can be paid online, through the resident portal, in-office via cashier’s check or money order, or through Flex.

Additional monthly fees may include $15 for package delivery (Fetch), $5 for gate access, and $3 for pest control, with water and trash billed separately.

Open parking is available for residents at no additional cost.

Guests are welcome, with convenient guest parking available around the community.

EV charging stations are not currently available at this San Antonio apartment community.

Our San Antonio apartments are pet-friendly, welcoming cats and dogs with breed restrictions in place.

Pet costs include a $300 deposit, $300 one-time fee, and $20 monthly pet rent.

While there is no weight limit, certain breeds are restricted in accordance with community policy.

Pet amenities include an enclosed dog park and pet stations throughout the community.

Our community is conveniently located 10–15 minutes from San Antonio International Airport and near popular destinations like Morgan’s Wonderland and McAllister Park.

Residents enjoy easy access to nearby grocery stores, dining, shopping, and major highways in San Antonio.

The community is served by the North East Independent School District (NEISD).

Residents can enjoy a variety of community events hosted throughout the year.

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Noise concerns can be reported directly to the leasing office.

This San Antonio apartment community is a non-smoking environment.

Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office, with emergency maintenance available 24/7.

Most maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours of submission.

Community amenities include a lagoon-style pool, outdoor grilling areas, two laundry facilities, and a computer room available during office hours.
